Nick Jacob joined ISM in July of 2005. Working for the firm as an agent, he focuses on art outsourcing, representing ISM clients that provide these services globally. In the exploding world of digital art outsourcing, Nick’s professional and educational background provide a solid basis of skill and knowledge. He leverages over seven years of experience as a 3D videogame artist, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from California State Channel Islands. As a result, he is able to cogently present and negotiate outsourcing opportunities for ISM’s clients with the publishers and independent video game studios that require these services. During his tenure as a video game artist, Nick worked on eleven video game titles, including million unit selling The Game of Life, Shrek Super Party, Muppets Party Cruise, and others. His responsibilities at ISM as an art services representative include assisting clients in preparing their demo reels and portfolios, presenting these clients to prospective customers (both publishers and game development studios), and securing appropriate art services contracts. Currently, Nick is assisting ISM in expanding its roster of art studios to include the best next-gen art companies in the world.
